Main Street\, Carlinville\, IL 62626. Treasurer: L. Amber McGartland\nType: Real Estate — Sealed Bid (no in-person verbal bidding). Minimum bid: $831.00.\nOffice Hours (for deliveries/questions): 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Mon–Fri).\nNote: Local coverage reports approximately 160+ items in this sale; always confirm the current catalog for the official count. \nTerms of Sale\nSubmit one bid per envelope for sealed written bids; include full payment with the bid (payable to County Trustee) by personal check\, cashier’s check\, money order\, or bank draft.
