Coffee County Tax Sale Auction Information
Coffee County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on the 1st (April 7) or 2nd (April 14) Monday and the 1st (April 1) and 2nd (April 8) Tuesday in April, starting at 10:00 a.m. CDT. The sale will take place at the Coffee County Courthouse in Enterprise (Monday) and the Elba Courthouse (Tuesday). Registration is required on the day of the auction and must be completed no later than 9:30 a.m. CST.

Location: Coffee County Courthouse in Enterprise (Monday) and Elba Courthouse (Tuesday)
Time: 10:00 a.m. CDT
Terms of Sale:
Real property taxes become delinquent on January 1, and payments made after this date will incur a $5 delinquent fee and 12% annual interest.
Court notices will be mailed out in February.
Delinquent properties are advertised in the newspaper for three consecutive weeks in March before the sale.
Participants can cancel their tax sale involvement without penalty within ten (10) days after the sale.
