Grant County Tax Sale Information

The Grant County Tax Foreclosure Auction takes place in January 2025, offering an opportunity to acquire tax-delinquent properties. The Grant County Treasurer’s Office manages the event, which will be conducted online via Public Surplus.

Auction Details

Date: Starts January 13, 2025, at 8:00 AM PST; ends January 14, 2025, at 1:30 PM PST.
Location: Online via Public Surplus.
Deposit: Submit a $1,050 deposit ($1,000 refundable, $50 non-refundable) by January 9, 2025, through a bank wire transfer.

Terms of Sale

You must pay in full, including a 5% buyer’s premium, by January 16, 2025.

Properties are sold “as-is” without warranties, so research each property carefully before bidding.

Please remember to finalize payment through wire transfer, as we do not accept any other payment methods.
