Montgomery County will host its monthly Tax Lien Foreclosure Sale on the first Tuesday of the month, as an online auction via Realauction. Registration for the event must be completed at least five business days in advance. The auction begins at 10:00 AM CT.

Properties are sold to the highest bidder without warranty.
Complete payment within 24 hours using wire transfer, cash, cashier’s check, or money order to the Montgomery County Tax Assessor-Collector.
Redemption rights may apply based on the type of property.
Register: Create an account at Realauction at least five business days before the auction.
Bidder Certificate: Obtain a certified Written Statement (Bidder Certificate) confirming no outstanding delinquent taxes. You must submit this to the Montgomery County Tax Office at least 24 hours before the auction.
