Red River County will host its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on First Tuesday of the month, at the Red River County Courthouse East Door, 200 North Walnut Street, Clarksville, Texas. Registration will take place at the sale location prior to the auction, with the bidding starting promptly at 10:00 AM.

Payment must be made in full by cashier’s check or money order, payable to the Linebarger Law Firm.
A statement verifying that the bidder has no delinquent taxes owing to the County, issued by the County Tax Office pursuant to Section 34.015 of the Property Tax Code, must be presented before payment.
They sell the properties “as is” without warranty, either expressed or implied. Title insurance may be challenging to obtain.
Arrive early to complete registration with the Linebarger representative attending the sale.
Present a valid form of identification and complete the necessary paperwork.
Bring cashier’s checks or money orders for payment. They do not accept personal checks or cash.
