Richmond County Tax Sale Auction Information
Richmond County, North Carolina will hold a Delinquent Property Tax Foreclosure Sale on May 2, 2025, at the Richmond County Courthouse Judicial Center, Rockingham, NC. The public auction begins at 12:00 PM (noon). A 20% cash deposit is required from the highest bidder at the time of sale.

The sale is subject to any unpaid city and county taxes not included in the judgment. North Carolina General Statute §1-339.25 allows for a 10-day upset bid period after the sale.
