Terms of Sale
The sale is conducted by the Sheriff or a Constable of Trinity County in compliance with the Texas Property Tax Code.
All sales are final and conducted βas isβ and βwhere is.β Buyers receive a Sheriffβs or Constableβs deed without warranties.
Bidders are responsible for researching property details, title status, and any existing liens or encumbrances.
Taxes beyond the minimum bid amount must be paid separately.
Make payments by 12:00 p.m. using cashierβs checks, money orders, or personal checks with a bank letter of credit, payable to PBFCM.
How to Participate
