Adams County will host its upcoming Tax Deed Auction on August 1, 2025, at the Adams County Courthouse, 507 Vermont Street, Quincy, IL 62301. The auction will take place during regular office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. under a sealed bid format. F. Bryden Cory, Treasurer, will oversee the event.

Complete the bid form and submit it by mail before the deadline

Wait 7–10 days after the auction to receive notification of the bid results

If awarded, expect the deed about 90 days after payment
