Liens: While tax foreclosure sales generally extinguish most liens, Columbia County cannot guarantee that prior lienholders will honour this extinguishment. IRS liens have a 120-day redemption period.

Treasurer’s Deed: Successful bidders will receive a Treasurer’s Deed without warranties. Columbia County does not issue tax lien certificates, as Washington is not a state that issues tax lien certificates.
