Duval County Tax Sale Information

Duval County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on August 5, 2025, at the North Door of the Courthouse, located at Hwy. 44 – Bexar Street, San Diego, Texas. Registration will take place on the day of the sale at the location from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, with the auction starting at 10:00 AM.

Terms of Sale:

A bidder must pay the full amount for the property at the time of sale or face legal consequences for failure to comply.
