Flagler County will hold its upcoming Tax Deed Auction on November 18, 2025, at 9:00 AM ET, through an online auction at Flagler County Tax Deed Auction. All sales will be conducted via the Clerk’s tax deed auction website. Registration, deposits, and bidding will be handled electronically.

Terms of Sale:
Bidding starts at the amount required to cover all unpaid taxes, fees, and interest
You must provide a nonrefundable deposit of $200 or 5% of the winning bid (whichever is greater) at the time of the sale.
Full payment, including documentary stamp tax and recording fees, is due within 24 hours of the sale start
Acceptable payment methods include wire transfer, cashier’s check, money order, or cash
They will not accept personal or business checks.
Title acquired through a tax deed may require additional legal steps before resale or development
All tax deed sales follow Florida Statute §197.542

Register an account at the Flagler County tax deed auction site
Submit your deposit before the auction (wire transfers must arrive by the Friday prior to sale)
Enter your highest acceptable bid—bidding follows a proxy system where the system bids up for you
If awarded the property, complete payment within 24 hours
