Terms of Sale

Interest: The maximum bid interest is 16% per annum, while the lowest acceptable bid is 0%.

Certificates: After completing a purchase, the county records a Certificate of Purchase that includes the lien’s details, such as the interest rate, purchase price, and lien year.
