Terms of Sale

Each bidder must submit a $1,000 deposit and pay a $35 processing fee through Bid4Assets before joining the auction. Bidders must also fill out vesting information so Bid4Assets can prepare the deed in the correct name. Send the deposit before 4:00 PM ET on November 26, 2025, to qualify for bidding.

Winners must pay the full balance by 4:30 PM ET on December 5, 2025. Payments must go through wire transfer or certified funds. Missing the deadline results in the loss of the deposit.

All properties sell as-is. The county does not guarantee the title, property condition, or occupancy. Investors must perform their own research before placing bids. After the auction closes, Bid4Assets returns deposits to non-winning bidders by eCheck within ten business days.
