Hutchinson County will host its upcoming Delinquent Property Tax Sale on September 2, 2025, at the Hutchinson County Courthouse in Stinnett, Texas. Registration closes on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM, and the auction will start promptly at 10:00 AM.

Terms of Sale

Tax foreclosure sales are conducted by the Hutchinson County Sheriff or a designated Constable.

All sales are “as is” and “where is,” with no warranty of any kind. Bidders must independently research the property, title, and encumbrances.

Properties are sold through a Sheriff or Constable’s deed, which does not guarantee a clear title.

You may still owe taxes beyond the minimum bid amount, and you must pay them separately.
