They sell the properties as-is, without any warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding title or condition.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 or 5% of the successful bid amount, whichever is greater, must be made before the sale.
The final payment is due by 10:00 AM ET the day after the sale via wire transfer, cash, cashier’s check, or money order.
Government liens and judgments may survive the tax deed sale.
