Menominee County sells properties as-is, based solely on the legal description.

Bidders pay a 10% buyer’s premium, current taxes, and a $30 recording fee at checkout.
Buyers need to register online at least 48 hours before the auction, and they must place a $1,000 pre-authorization hold on a major credit card or mail in certified funds—failure to complete payment results in forfeiture.
