Mercer County IL – Tax Lien Auction
Mercer County Tax Sale Information
Mercer County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale Auction on November 7th, 2025, at the Henry County Courthouse in Cambridge, IL. The Henry County tax sale will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by Mercer County’s tax sale.

Terms of Sale:
Joe Myers & Assoc. will assist with the sale using the RAMS 2 system.
The Treasurer will review all Motions for Sale in Error.
The buyer will not receive interest on a sale made in error for properties with significant destruction or hazards unknown at the time of sale.
Municipal liens will not be refunded.
You must pay the required registration fee of $100, and they will apply it to purchases at the tax sale. If the registrant does not attend or purchase taxes, they will forfeit the deposit.
How to Participate:
Complete the registration form and submit it with the required $100 registration fee. The form is available on the official website.
Joe Myers & Assoc. will send the list of properties available for sale and update it closer to the auction date.
You must complete registration before October 24th, 2025, to participate.
