Peoria County Tax Sale Information

The Peoria County Tax Sale Auction is an opportunity to purchase tax-delinquent properties by paying unpaid taxes. Managed by the Peoria County Treasurer’s Office, the auction will take place on November 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Peoria County Courthouse.

Terms of Sale

At registration, you must make a $500 deposit.

Single Bidder Rule: They allow only one bidder entity per registration.

Bidding System: They use the Randomized Auction Management System (R.A.M.S.) for the Auction.

How to Participate

1. Register: Submit the registration form and deposit by October 21st (ten business days before the auction.)
2. Research Properties: Investigate available properties before bidding.
3. Submit Bids: Submit bids via USB drive on the day of the auction.
4. Complete Payment: Pay the full amount of taxes owed immediately after the auction.
