Orange County will host its annual Internet Tax Auction of tax-defaulted real estate and timeshare intervals on June 25, 2025, through Bid4Assets. Registration and deposit submission must be completed by June 18, 2025, with the auction beginning promptly at 8:00 AM PT.

Terms of Sale:
Properties in this auction became subject to sale after five or more years of delinquent property taxes.
Each property sells as-is and bidders accept full responsibility to perform all due diligence prior to bidding.
The right of redemption ends June 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM PT.
The minimum bid includes taxes, penalties, and sale costs.
All bidders must be at least 18 years old and submit a $5,000 bid deposit (for real property) or $500 deposit (for timeshares) plus a $35 non-refundable processing fee through Bid4Assets.
Winning bidders must pay in full by cashier’s check or U.S. cash by the deadline. No personal or business checks, credit cards, or online transfers are accepted.
