Terms of Sale
Properties are sold as-is without warranties or guarantees. Buyers assume all responsibility for researching property conditions, including title defects, liens, or other encumbrances. Complete payments by 12:00 PM ET on the next business day after the auction. Acceptable payment methods include wire transfers, cash, and cashier’s checks.
The sale follows Florida Statutes, Chapter 197. Properties may still have outstanding liens, taxes, or other encumbrances. Conduct thorough research before placing a bid.
