The auction is conducted online via the El Paso Sheriff Sale Auctions Website in compliance with Texas Tax Code Sections 34.01 and 34.05. Properties are sold as-is and without warranty. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of the sale via wire transfer to the El Paso County Auditor’s Office.
