Jasper County will hold its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on First Tuesday of the month, at the South Door of the Jasper County Courthouse, located at 121 North Austin, Jasper, TX 75951. Registration takes place at the sale location beginning 30 minutes before 10:00 AM. The auction starts at 10:00 AM sharp.

Properties are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty of title or condition.
Purchasers receive a Constable’s Deed without warranty.
Additional post-judgment taxes may apply and must be paid separately.
Bidders must present a Statement of No Delinquent Taxes from the Tax Office (fee: $10) before registering.
Accepted payments: Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order, made payable to Jasper County Treasurer.
Wire transfers are allowed but must be completed the same day. Instructions will be provided at the auction.
The buyer must pay the winning bid immediately after the sale.
Arrive at the courthouse by 9:30 AM to register.
Present a valid Statement of No Taxes Due from the Jasper County Tax Office.
Bid during the live auction using certified funds.
