Kaufman County will conduct its upcoming Delinquent Property Tax Sale as an online auction on First Tuesday of the month, through the official website https://kaufman.texas.sheriffsaleauctions.com. Registration takes place at least five business days before the auction. Bidders must also submit their certified Written Statement to the Sheriff’s Office before auction day. The online auction will open at 10:00 AM Central Time.

All properties will be offered to the highest bidder through proxy bidding.
Properties are sold “as is” and may be subject to additional liens, mortgages, or title issues.
A sheriff’s deed will be issued 3–5 weeks after full payment is received, but the title is not guaranteed.
All purchases are subject to Texas’ redemption period. Post-judgment taxes may apply.

Do not use deposit funds toward the final payment
