La Salle County will host its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on First Tuesday of the month, at the East Door of the La Salle County Courthouse located at 101 Courthouse Square, Cotulla, Texas. Registration takes place with the officer conducting the sale, and the auction will begin at 10:00 AM.

Bidders must pay in full on the day of the sale.
Accepted payment methods include money orders and cashier’s checks.
All sales are final and sold as-is, without warranty.

Title insurance may be difficult to obtain, and properties are sold subject to any valid easements, post-judgment taxes, or existing restrictions not extinguished by the judgment.
Bidders should arrive at least 30 minutes before the sale to sign in.
A Statement of No Taxes Due must be presented before registration. You can obtain this from the La Salle County Tax Assessor’s Office for a $10 fee.
