Maverick County will host its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on First Tuesday of the month, at the Maverick County Courthouse in Eagle Pass, Texas. Registration begins onsite prior to the auction, and the bidding starts at 11:00 AM.

Properties are sold as-is. Buyers take full responsibility for due diligence, including title research and property condition. No warranties are provided.
Payment must be exact. Acceptable payment methods include money orders and cashier’s checks made payable to PBFCM. Personal or company checks will be accepted only with a bank-issued Letter of Guaranty. Cash is not accepted.
Post-judgment taxes may be due. Buyers must verify any outstanding tax amounts beyond the minimum bid. Additional municipal liens may also apply.
Redemption rights apply. Properties are subject to a six-month or two-year redemption period as outlined in Texas Tax Code Sec. 34.21.
Payment deadline: Winning bidders must submit payment by the deadline. Failure to pay may result in reoffering the property for sale, and the court may impose fines.
Register before the sale. Bidders must register onsite before the auction begins.
Review the property list. Conduct thorough research, including title verification and potential liens.
Arrive early. Late arrivals may not have sufficient time to complete registration before bidding starts.
