Panola County will hold its upcoming Delinquent Property Tax Sale on First Tuesday of the month, at the East Door of the Panola County Courthouse, 110 Sycamore Street, Carthage, Texas. The auction will begin promptly at 1:00 PM.

Time: 1:00 PM
This public auction will be conducted under statutory and judicial authority.
Properties will be sold “as is, where is,” with no warranties, either expressed or implied.
Buyers are responsible for researching titles, property conditions, and any encroachments. All sales are final.
The buyer must separately pay any taxes owed beyond the minimum bid (post-judgment taxes).
Winning bidders must pay the full amount of their bid on the day of the sale.
Acceptable payment forms include business checks, personal checks, or cashier’s checks made payable to Perdue, Brandon Law Firm. Cash and credit cards will not be accepted.
All buyers assume all risks associated with the purchase.
Interested buyers must arrive before the sale begins and prepare to bid at 1:00 PM.
