Bexar County will hold its next Redeemable Deed Sale on the first Tuesday of the Month, at the west side of the Bexar County Courthouse, 100 Dolorosa St, San Antonio, TX 78205. The registration dates and times for the auction are one (1) week prior to the sale, with the auction starting promptly at 10:00 AM.

Terms of Sale

Full Payment Required: Payments, including a buyer’s premium, are accepted via cashier’s check or money order on the auction day.

Non-Refundable: All sales are final, and bidders must complete payment by the deadline.

How to Participate

Pre-Registration: Bidders must register in person at the Bexar County Tax Office (233 N. Pecos La Trinidad, San Antonio, TX) to obtain a Bidder’s Certificate. Pre-registration closes one week before the sale.

Research: Access the property list through the Bexar County Tax Office website or download it from the sheriff’s auction platform.

Bid: Only registered bidders can place bids on properties.
