Calhoun County will host its upcoming Tax Deed Sale Auction on May 7, 2026, at the Calhoun County Courthouse, 20859 Central Ave. E., Blountstown, FL 32424. The auction will take place in the courthouse’s front lobby. Properties will be auctioned in order by case number. No pre-registration is required to bid.

Terms of Sale:
The highest qualified bidder will buy the properties
The winning bidder must pay either the full bid or submit a 5% deposit at the time of sale
Pay the remaining balance within 24 hours.
Make the payment in cash or by cashier’s check payable to the Calhoun County Clerk’s Office
Recording fees include:

$10.00 for the first page

$8.50 for each additional page

State Documentary Stamps charged at $0.70 per $100.00 of the sale price
Once we receive full payment, we will issue and record the tax deed
Property owners can redeem by paying all taxes and costs before recording the deed
