Escambia County will host its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on March 4, 2026, conducted entirely online via the Escambia County Tax Deed Sales Website. Registration and deposits must be completed in advance, with the auction beginning at 9:00 AM CT.

Terms of Sale

Deposit Requirements: A nonrefundable deposit of $200 or 5% of the anticipated bid (whichever is greater) is required for each property. Deposits must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM CT on the business day prior to the auction.

Final Payment: Winning bidders must pay the remaining balance, including recording fees and taxes, by 11:00 AM CT on the next business day following the sale.

Payment Methods: You can make deposits and payments via ACH (electronic check), bank wire transfer, cash, or U.S. cashier’s checks payable to the Escambia County Clerk of the Circuit Court. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

The seller offers properties as-is, providing no guarantees on ownership, liens, zoning, or property condition. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own research.

Submit Deposit
Ensure the Clerk’s Office receives and clears your deposit. Note that ACH deposits take four business days to process.

Enter bids online during the live auction. Proxy bidding is available for automated bidding up to your maximum amount.

Complete Payment
