Jackson County Tax Sale Auction Information

Jackson County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The auction will be conducted online at the Tax‑Sale.info portal, not in person. Registration opens 30 days before the auction. Participants must register on the site, verify their identity and complete a $1,000 credit‑card pre‑authorization, which allows you to bid. Bidding opens at 10:00 AM EDT and closes at 7:00 PM EDT. Winning bidders must pay the purchase price plus a 10 % buyer’s premium, current summer taxes and a $30 recording fee. Please make your payment within five business days using a wire transfer, cashier’s check, or a credit/debit card..

Terms of Sale
