Jefferson County will hold its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center – Banquet Halls 2 & 4, located at 1 Convention Center Plaza, Pine Bluff, AR. Registration will take place at the auction site beginning 30 minutes before the sale, with bidding starting promptly at 10:00 AM Central Time.

Terms of Sale:
All bidders must register in person and show valid photo identification
Each parcel will be sold to the highest bidder at or above the minimum bid, which covers the delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, fees, and sale costs
Full payment is due at the time of the sale
Accepted payment methods include:
• Personal or business check
• Credit or debit card (4% processing fee applies)
• Cashier’s check or money order
Cash is not accepted
The Commissioner of State Lands will issue a Limited Warranty Deed after full payment. The deed will be recorded in the county and mailed to the buyer
How to Participate:
Arrive early to register at the sales site. Registration opens 30 minutes before the auction begins
Bring full payment. You must pay the full bid amount immediately after the auction
Do your due diligence before bidding. Research the parcel’s location, access, condition, and title status using tools at cosl.org
Understand what you’re buying. Some parcels may include only improvements, subdivided lots, or acreage with limited or no access
