Terms of Sale:

Winning bidders must pay the full purchase price within 5 business days.

This total includes the final bid amount, a 10% buyer’s premium, current year summer taxes, and a $30 deed recording fee.

Payments are accepted by wire transfer, certified funds, or credit/debit card (2.75% processing fee applies).

All purchases are final—properties sell as-is, and no refunds are available.

To place bids, authorize a $1,000 hold on a major credit card, which remains valid for 30 days.

Bidding begins 30 days before the auction and closes at 7:00 p.m. on auction day.

You can place advance bids or participate live. If you do not have internet access, absentee bidding is available by phone.
