Sacramento County will host its 2025 Delinquent Property Tax Sale online in Sacramento My Tax Sale on February 23 – 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST. Registration is required and must be completed by February 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST.

Terms of Sale:
The county sells properties “AS IS” without warranties or guarantees.
A $5,000 deposit plus a $40 non-refundable processing fee is required to bid.
Successful bidders must wire transfer payments to Grant Street.
All sales are final, and the office will not issue refunds.
