Yuma County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on February 24, 2025, in person at the Yuma County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, located at 198 S. Main Street, Yuma, AZ. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., with the auction starting promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Terms of Sale:
All purchases made at the Yuma County Tax Lien Sale are final. Successful bidders must pay for awarded liens within 24 hours using certified funds (Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer). The tax lien interest rate begins at 16% and will be awarded to the bidder willing to accept the lowest rate.
How to Participate:
To participate, bidders must register in person one hour before the auction starts. To register, you must complete both a Bidder Form and a W-9. Bidders should thoroughly research each property in advance since the judicial foreclosure process must obtain a Treasurer’s Deed before conveying any rights for property access, development, or sale.
