St. Lawrence County Tax Sale Information

St Lawrence County, New York, is holding an online only real estate auction for the County’s Tax Foreclosed Real Properties.

The online auction conducted by Auctions International starts on Saturday, September 14, 2024, and will begin to close on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 10:00 am.

Over 75 parcels located across St. Lawrence County will be up for auction.

In order to participate in this online auction, all interested parties must complete an online bidder registration packet and create an online account with Auctions International.

Bidder registration must be completed and received by Auctions International no later than September 26, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. There are no exceptions.
