Whitley County Clerk’s Office Delinquent Tax Information

• Whitley County Kentucky Tax Auction sale will be held at the Whitley County Courthouse , 200 Main St. Room 2, Williamsburg, Ky.  40769,  on September 12th, 2024 beginning at 9:00 am.
• All interested participants must register with the County Clerk’s office by the close of business on September 3RD, 2024.
• A deposit of 25% of the total value of the certificates of delinquency you plan to register for will be required.
• A deposit of 100% of the value of each priority certificate of delinquency is required for the third party purchaser.
• The following method of payment will be accepted by the Clerk’s Office from third party purchasers:  cash, check, debit/credit cards.
• The Tax Sale will be conducted in the form of a Lottery Sale, Up to three Bills Per Participant.
