Terms of Sale:

Woodbury County will sell delinquent property tax liens, not tax deeds, at this auction. A tax sale certificate of purchase does not transfer property title to the winning bidder. The titleholder or another allowed party keeps the right to redeem the tax sale certificate within the required redemption period.

Pre-bids are required for the 2026 Woodbury County Tax Sale. Bidders can upload pre-bids from June 11, 2026, at 8:00 AM CDT until June 15, 2026, at 8:00 AM CDT. Woodbury County will not accept bids after the 8:00 AM CDT pre-bid deadline on June 15, 2026.
