Boone County will hold its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on September 3, 2025, at the Signature Bank Community Room – Sides A & B, located at 303 N Main Street in Harrison. Registration begins on-site prior to the auction, with bidding scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.

Terms of Sale:
Bidders must register before the sale begins and provide valid photo identification.
The minimum bid equals the total of delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and associated fees.
Full payment is required immediately at the sale. Acceptable forms of payment include personal or business checks, credit or debit cards, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Cash is not accepted.
Buyers will receive a Purchaser Summary on-site. The Commissioner’s office will record and forward the Limited Warranty Deed after the sale.

Arrive early to complete registration.

Come prepared with an approved form of payment.
