Prebidding opens on June 8, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. CST, and the auction starts on June 9, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. CST.
Cleveland County conducts resale auctions when real estate tax liens remain delinquent for three years. The county publishes resale properties before the sale, and the 2026 public notice lists parcels with taxes unpaid for more than three years.

Terms of Sale:
All bidders must register through GovEase, submit the required documents, e-sign the required forms, upload any requested paperwork, and receive approval before bidding.
GovEase requires all bidders to submit a $2,500 deposit. Deposit options may open a few days after registration begins, and GovEase will email bidders when deposits open. Wire deposits can take 24 to 48 hours, so bidders should fund early.
GovEase handles auction payments. Bidders should not submit duplicate payments, refresh during payment, or press the submit button more than once.
GovEase processes refunds 7 to 10 business days after the sale fully ends. Refunds return through the same method used for the deposit.
Winning bidders must send an original affidavit and bidder sheet to Cleveland County within 3 to 5 business days. Cleveland County will not issue a deed without both documents.
Oklahoma law states that the county treasurer must file a resale return and execute, acknowledge, and deliver the resale deed within 30 days after the resale. The statute also explains that additional fees and resale expenses may apply beyond the bid amount.
Bidders should review every parcel before bidding. The Cleveland County resale notice warns that some advertised property may involve a manufactured home, and a secured party may have repossession rights connected to that manufactured home.
