Terms of Sale:

All properties sell “as-is”, based solely on legal description. Verify title, zoning, building conditions, property boundaries, and other attributes before bidding. The county provides inspection photos and descriptions as reference only—accuracy is not guaranteed.

No refunds or cancellations at a buyer’s request. All sales final.

Payment due within 5 business days of sale. Acceptable methods: credit/debit card, wire transfer, or certified cashier’s check. No personal checks or cash accepted.

Payment must include bid price, a 10% buyer’s premium, any outstanding taxes/fees, deed recording fee, and card processing fee if applicable.

Set up account and authorize a $1,000 deposit via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, or mail in a $1,000 certified funds deposit—all required before bidding is accepted.

Bid online via your account or place an absentee bid by calling 1-800-259-7470 if you can’t access the internet.

The system supports advance (“maximum”) bidding and live bidding during the active auction window. The platform will auto-bid up to your maximum submitted value.
