Monroe County, Alabama will hold its online Delinquent Property Tax Sale on May 4, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM CDT through the GovEase.com auction platform. Registration is open from April 4, 2026, at 8:30 AM CDT until May 1, 2026, at 4:30 AM CDT. Pre-bidding begins on May 1, 2026, at 8:30 AM CDT.

Terms of Sale in Monroe County:
Bidders must submit a refundable deposit equal to 10% of their intended bidding limit.
For example, to bid up to $12,000, you must deposit $1,200 via ACH or wire transfer.
You must make Deposits by 11:00 AM CDT on May 1, 2026.
They do not Acceot credit or debit card payments. They will process the refunds 7–10 business days after the auction concludes and they will return it through the same payment method used.
Each bid will increase by a minimum of $1, and the bid clock is set to 30 seconds per round.
