Ochiltree County will conduct its upcoming Delinquent Property Tax Sale on March 4, 2025, at the Ochiltree County Courthouse, 511 S Main Street, Perryton, Texas 79070. Registration will take place before the sale, and the auction will begin at 11:00 AM.

Terms of Sale

Additional Tax Liabilities: Buyers must pay any outstanding taxes that exceed the minimum bid.
Payment Requirements: You must make full payment on the day of the sale using a cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.
