Winning bidders are required to pay the full purchase price within a period of 5 business days following the auction.

This total encompasses several components, including the final bid amount, a 10% buyer’s premium, current year’s summer taxes, and an additional $30 deed recording fee.

To facilitate the payment process, we accept various methods of payment, including wire transfers, certified funds, or credit and debit cards. Please note that utilizing a credit or debit card will incur a processing fee of 2.75% on the total amount.

It’s important to remember that all purchases made are final. Properties are sold as-is, meaning that no warranties or guarantees will be provided regarding their condition. To place bids, authorize a $1,000 hold on a major credit card, which remains valid for 30 days.

Bidding begins 30 days before the auction and closes at 7:00 p.m. on auction day.

You can place advance bids or participate live. If you do not have internet access, absentee bidding is available by phone.
