The starting bid includes delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and related costs. Properties are awarded to the highest bidder who meets or exceeds the minimum bid. Payment is required immediately after the auction. Accepted forms of payment: cash, cashier’s check, or money order made payable to the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office. Personal or company checks are only accepted with a Letter of Guaranty from the bidder’s bank. Exact payments are required as no change will be provided.Eligibility to Bid
