Cottle County Tax Sale Information

Cottle County will hold its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on First Tuesday of the month, at the Cottle County Courthouse. Registration is required in person at the Cottle County Appraisal District before bidding. The auction will begin promptly at 10:00 AM on the south side of the courthouse.

Terms of Sale

All properties are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty.

Winning bidders will receive a Sheriff’s Deed, which does not guarantee clear title.

Any outstanding taxes beyond the minimum bid amount must be paid separately.

Make payments using money orders or cashier’s checks, payable to Cottle County Appraisal District.

Bidders must sign a form confirming they do not owe delinquent taxes before participating.
