Dallas County Tax Sale Auction Information

Dallas County will host its monthly Delinquent Property Tax Sale on First Tuesday of the month, conducted online through the Dallas County Sheriff’s sale platform. The auction begins promptly at 09:00 AM, with registration at least five (5) business days before the auction.

Time: Anyone may bid on the properties by registering here at least five (5) business days before the auction commencing at 09:00 AM. All sales will cease at 4:00 p.m. CT

Terms of Sale

Full Payment Required: Winning bidders must submit payment, including a 5% buyer’s premium. The Full payment must be received and processed within 24 hours of closing the online sale.

Non-Refundable: All sales are final, and it is crucial for bidders to perform due diligence on properties before participating.

How to Participate

Pre-Registration: Anyone may bid on the properties by registering here at least five (5) business days before the auction.

One account will be established for each bidder. Because of auction deadlines and the time for deposits to clear, please plan ahead.

Bid: Registered bidders can place bids online on the auction day.
