Cobb County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The auction will take place on the steps of the Superior Courthouse at Flournoy Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration for this event begins in person at 9 a.m., and all interested bidders must attend to place bids.

Terms of Sale:

If no one bids, the property may be re-auctioned later in the afternoon.
