Fresno County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on March 27, 2025, at 8:00 AM Pacific Time. The auction will take place online at Fresno County Tax Sale website and registration must be completed before the deadline to participate. Bidding will continue on March 28, 2025, if all parcels have not been offered on the first day.

Terms of Sale:

This is a public auction for tax-defaulted properties. All sales are final, and the county sells properties as-is without any warranties. Bidders are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before placing bids. The successful bidder must submit full payment, including all associated fees, by April 2, 2025.

How to Participate:

Register Online – All bidders must complete the registration process before March 25, 2025.

Deposit Requirement – You must make a $5,000 deposit through ACH by March 20, 2025, or via wire transfer by March 25, 2025.

Bidding Process – The auction follows a live bidding format with a proxy bidding option. Bidders must act quickly once the auction begins.

Final Payment – The winning bidder must complete payment in full via wire transfer by April 2, 2025.
