Cochise County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Lien Sale Auction in February through the online GovEase platform. Registration for bidders begins on January 12, 2026, at 9:00 am and closes on February 6, 2026, at 12:00 pm (MT). This auction is a unique opportunity to invest in tax lien certificates for delinquent properties across Cochise County.

Terms of Sale:
