Bidders must submit a refundable deposit equal to 10% of their desired bidding limit. For example, a $12,000 limit requires a $1,200 deposit. GovEase.com must receive the deposit before approval.

Payment Methods:
Payments and deposits must be made via ACH/e-check or domestic wire transfer. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

Bidding Format:
This is a percent bid down auction with a 30-second bid clock and a 1% bid increment. Each parcel includes a 10-second clock reset during bidding.

Bank Letter Requirement:
Bidders must submit a bank letter dated within 30 days of the auction. Letters must not be older than March 15, 2026.

Payment Deadline:
Full payment is required within 24 hours after the auction ends. Payments are made through the “My Payments” section on GovEase.com.

Refunds:
They issue refunds within 7–10 business days after the auction is fully completed, and they return them using the same payment method..
